Built using local materials and native construction techniques, the project celebrates regional authenticity — with rammed-earth walls, handcrafted wood details, and natural stone blending into the coastal landscape.

As Project Manager, I oversaw every phase from design development to on-site coordination — managing budgets, timelines, and contractor execution to ensure that the architectural vision was realized with precision and integrity.
